This Iceland Photo Tour is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the impressive sceneries of this beautiful island. We will try to capture the magical aurora borealis, as well as unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, by black sand beaches with icebergs in the shoreline, spectacular peaks and wonderful waterfalls.
Guided by Sergio Lanza and Ken Pao, and with the organization of our travel company, ‘Alma Mochilera’, we are offering an unforgettable Photo Trip, planned to enjoy Nature at its best, in such an iconic place as Iceland, during the winter.
The incredible landscapes of the island will allow us to get precious photographs, visiting many of its wonderful natural phenomenons, from impressive waterfalls, to black sand beaches with icebergs floating by their shores.
Without any doubt, any Nature or landscape photography lover will find in this trip the perfect chance to enjoy his/her hobby at maximum. In order to achieve it, we will be visiting the most spectacular locations in the South area of the country, in the most beautiful moments of light of each day, dawn and dusk, as well as magic / golden hours. But, apart from this, we will be also taking night images, hoping we are lucky enough to capture the magical aurora borealis, a wonderful phenomenon that we will be searching for during all our stay. Sadly, we can never know when the aurora borealis will be lightning, but we have programmed the trip in one of the periods where there are more chances to see it.
Furthermore, in this trip, we will always be staying in good quality hotels, from the Fosshotel company, since, traveling in winter, if weather conditions don’t allow us to go out to take pictures at any time, at least we will be able to stay comfortable and rest in a place with the best ammenities and comfort, always with a private bathroom in each room, and with wifi connection.
The Iceland Photo Tour is carefully studied and programmed to get the best possible results from each location, and adapted to all ages and levels. Most locations are easily accessible, so no need to have a special physical condition to join us. It is also a Photo Tour adapted to all levels, since there is not a minimum photographic level required. The photographers hosting the Photo Tour will also assist those clients that need help with their gear or the photographic techniques, helping them to achieve the best possible results, regardless of their previous level, that can even be amateur or basic.
All of these will make us enjoy a fantastic photography week, in which we will be able to get extraordinary images from some of the most impressive locations in Iceland, while we share our hobby and our memories.

Will gave our sunset session in the area and, later, we will be ready in case there are chances to photograph the aurora borealis.
